Based out of our Winnipeg office, Mogo is looking for a Compliance and Document Fulfillment Specialist who is responsible for compliance review and document fulfillment, as well as maintaining accurate data records. We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated professional who believes in providing an exceptional customer experience, to both internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do:

  • Gather, review, and verify mortgage documentation, as well as funding information from stakeholders
  • Ensure all pre-funding requirements are met or waived in time for the established funding date
  • Review and ensure the mortgage terms in the funded dashboard mirror the committed terms
  • Assess commitment letters and compliance packages to make sure the data matches
  • Continuous follow-up for lender condition fulfillment with customers and mortgage specialists
  • Perform audits on compliance packages and the mortgage specialist files
  • Update the mortgage team on compliance document changes, as required by regulators
  • Work with the mortgage specialists to support customer follow up and nurturing
  • File management and system set-up and maintenance
  • Manage the delivery of services and protect the confidentiality of customer information
  • Provide ongoing reporting on the sales pipeline
  • Administer and manage the closing gift procedure

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related mortgage experience
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships, with internal and external stakeholders
  • Dedication to delivering excellent customer experience
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
