Mogo is looking for an energetic Executive Assistant to become a key partner for the Leadership team. This individual will enhance the effectiveness of the team by providing seamless support and managing a variety of complex projects. 

What you'll do:

  • Provide exceptional support to the Executive team and others by responding to requests/needs and proactively resolving any associated issues
  • Assist the team by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating communications
  • Maintain calendars, coordinate and prioritize meetings, prepare documents, set up and maintain filing systems, book rooms and refreshments and oversee full cycle travel requirements
  • When required, provide occasional reception cover duties such as general administrative assistance, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Complete expense reports, submit and track benefit claims, courses, invoice approvals, professional registrations and any personal items on an as needed basis
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries about meetings, scheduling and communications
  • Think critically about timelines and problem solving, proactively anticipating and initiating support as needed
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive issues requiring a high level of discretion and tact

What you'll need:

  • Experience in a professional fast-paced environment, ideally supporting multiple individuals in a similar business environment
  • Expert level computer skills, and Microsoft Office suite skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook; multiple calendar management and comfortable dealing with multiple time zones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to adjust style for various audiences
  • High level of professionalism, customer service, energy, speed and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work flow
  • Resourceful and able to provide creative solutions to challenges
  • Self driven to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Thrives in a dynamic ever-changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record for being a strong team player
  • Sense of humor and patience
