What you’ll do:

  • A collections based role in a high performance and KPI/target based fintech company.
  • Provide a stellar customer experience approach to collections and effectively negotiate creative solutions.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and diffuse situations, turning potentially negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Ensure all credit and collections issues are resolved and maintained according to deadlines.
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships, through exceptional customer service and financial fitness education.

What you'll need:

  • At least 1+ years of experience working in either a collections, sales, escalations, or accounts receivable role.
  • Experience working in a high volume, performance driven contact centre is plus!
  • Super comfortable in using MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), as well as Windows operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (you're incredibly persuasive!) and able to diffuse difficult situations.
  • Committed to going above and beyond to make a customer happy.
  • Super interested in personal finance and helping people make positive financial decisions.
